Determination of the customer requirement
In this step, we focus on understanding your exact requirements and facilitating a joint exchange of experiences. After this exchange, we fill out our buhl-paperform checklist with jointly compiled information. This checklist is used to query and define your framework conditions for a packaging concept.Budget determination
Based on the information we have gathered with you, we are now in a position to prepare a concrete budget offer for your favourite project. This includes the series part prices, the mould and development budget and, if required, the sampling budget. This provides you with a meaningful basis for evaluating the profitability of the project you have in mind.Creation of a 3D concept and presentation to the customer
Based on the jointly developed checklist, our specialists create a 3D concept for you. This will provide you with a digital visualisation of the packaging solution that takes into account all the specified details and features. We discuss the concept developed for you together in order to incorporate all optimisation potential and experience at this stage.Sample production (optional)
Depending on the application and your requirements, it makes sense to first produce a sample quantity with which the packaging concept can be presented, handling tests for manual or automatic packaging can be tested and packaging tests (e.g. transport test) can be carried out at the same time.Production of the series mould
As soon as you have approved the 3D concept and the optional samples, the series mould is manufactured. The series tool is the basis for the series production of your fibre cast part.- Series start
Series production can start after your approval. The start of series production marks the beginning of the ongoing supply of your innovative, sustainable packaging solution based on recycled paper.
