Packaging insert for room ventilators

The task: to develop a cushioning solution that makes handling during the packaging process more efficient.

The task

Previously, the room fan was packaged in a corrugated cardboard solution that had to be unfolded before use, which took a certain amount of time. To minimise this time expenditure, our goal was to make handling during the packaging process more efficient and save time.

Our solution

Our solution is a simple inlay that holds the room fan from below. The corresponding accessories are placed on top of the room fan. Our simple fiber moulded inlay is the ideal solution for packing the existing accessories quickly and easily, without any complicated folding before use.

State-of-the-art Presstec technology is used in the manufacture of this moulded fiber insert to ensure optimised handling, a precise fit and reduced space requirements for transport and storage.
