A successful start to their careers: We welcome four new trainees to buhl-paperform
As in previous years, 1 August marked the first day of training for our new apprentices and thus the start of a new chapter in their lives. We are delighted to welcome our junior staff to our company!
Halim and Furkan are starting their training as machine and plant operators. While Halim will be working at the main site in Burbach, Furkan will be supporting operations at the new production plant in the Kalteiche industrial area. We are also pleased to welcome Ida as a prospective technical product designer and Leonit as an industrial clerk trainee.
The new colleagues were warmly welcomed by the management and trainers at the start of their training. As is tradition, the new trainees received a small welcome gift, including a limited edition buhl-paperform backpack containing a notebook and matching pen. As a special highlight, this year they also received a miniature Ferrari, symbolising the start of their exciting professional journey.
As every year, founder and managing director Christoph Buhl welcomed the trainees personally and talked about his own entry into the world of work. He emphasised how important it is for all employees to work together to ensure that the company runs smoothly and is successful.
The trainees were then given a tour of the entire factory, where they were able to learn more about our production and our products before heading to their workplaces.
