Starting signal for our trainees in 2023
Our new trainees started their new apprenticeships on 7 August 2023, including an industrial clerk, a warehouse clerk and two machine and plant operators.
As a welcome gift, each of them received a Ferrari, initially in miniature format, but full of symbolism for the exciting journey that awaits them during their training with us.
Just like the super sports cars, our training programme is designed to break all boundaries. We focus on innovation, creativity and an unwavering desire to constantly improve. In the world of racing, behind every successful racing driver there is an experienced and strong team at work to ensure that everything runs smoothly. It's the same with us. Our trainees receive the full support of our experienced teams to realise their full potential and achieve top performance.
