We took on the task of developing a molded fiber tray that meets the specific requirements for securing and stacking the products:
- Good fixation of the stacked trays on top of each other to ensure stability
- Maximum visibility of the printing on the beakers
- Self-supporting tray design for safety during transport
Our solution
Our team of experts developed an innovative solution that optimally meets requirements. Together with the beakers, the corrugated circumferential edge around the molded fiber tray ensures the necessary stiffness. The tray’s base locks onto the cover of the bottom layer for reliable fixation and stability.
State-of-the-art Presstec technology is used in the production of these molded fiber trays to optimise handling, ensure a precise fit and reduce space requirements during transport and storage.
