The task

Our challenge was to develop customised packaging for a total of 30 different shower sets.

The requirements.

Easy handling for the consumer

Our molded fiber inlay ensures that the product is simple and intuitive to handle for the consumer and that the shower sets can be removed without difficulty.

Transport protection

The molded fiber inlay provides reliable protection against transport damage for the fragile shower fittings.

Drop test

The molded fiber inlay passed three drop tests at a height of 100 cm to verify the effective protection of the shower sets during transport.

Optimisation of the packaging process

We made the packaging process more efficient by defining the filling sequence and optimising the arrangement of the shower sets in the inlay.

Our solution

Our customised molded fiber inlay with multi-contours is the ideal solution for accommodate different shower set designs. We worked closely with our customer to develop a new packaging line that optimally meets the requirements.

Innovative NormTec technology is used for the production of this foldable molded fiber protection system. It enables us to achieve particularly high rigidity and stability in heavy duty use.
