The task
Our team of experts was tasked with developing a new solution to replace the previous folding inlay. This previous inlay had to be folded manually, which was both time-consuming and error-prone. Our task was to design a molded fiber packaging that not only simplifies handling, but also maximises the safety and protection of the product during transport.
Our solution
We developed a unique one-piece molded fiber pad that is suitable for all variants of the fine dosing pump. The innovative design not only allows the product to be optimally secured, but also provides sufficient space for any accessories. We seamlessly integrated the manufacturer's logo into the packaging to reinforce the brand experience.
Innovative NormTec technology is used for the production of this foldable molded fiber protection system. It enables us to achieve particularly high rigidity and stability in heavy duty use.
