In this project we focused on developing a molded fiber product that optimally met our customer’s requirements:

  • Easy handling for an unproblematic packaging process
  • Identical upper and lower parts for efficient storage and handling
     

Our solution

Our team of experts developed an innovative solution that combines product protection and handling. The molded fiber protective pad has a contour-adapted design that specifically avoids the critical areas of the injection nozzles. This ensures that the nozzles are securely fixed in place inside the molded fiber product without causing unnecessary handling complications.

Innovative NormTec technology is used for the production of this foldable molded fiber protection system. This enabled us to achieve particularly high rigidity, stability and quality in heavy duty use.
