The task: Our challenge was to develop a solution that would make it possible to display garden hoses upright on shelves and at the same time ensure standing stability. The focus here was on an efficient method of securing the garden hose’s banderole and carrying handle.

Our solution

Our experts developed an innovative solution that fulfilled all these requirements. The molded pulp base was developed so that its contours and design formed a harmonious whole. This ensures attractive presentation on the shelf, and also the standing stability of the garden hose. The base additionally secures the banderole and carrying handle, providing an optimum combination of protection and presentation.

Our molded pulp base is manufactured using the FineTec process to ensure that it meets the highest quality standards. The special feature of this process is the increased strength of the molded fiber product compared to the PressTec process, which can reduce material requirements by up to 30%.
