The task
Our task was to optimise the packaging of the radiator and the installation accessories for protection during individual shipping. Optimum safety and flexibility were to be achieved by using standard products that were suitable for different radiator dimensions. Other requirements included a reduction of delivery volume and the all-round protection of the radiator during transport.
Our solution
Our foldable molded fiber packaging for radiators is an intelligent solution that was specially developed for individual shipping. It offers perfect all-round protection and enables reduced-volume deliveries to saves time and money. Adaptation to different radiator dimensions makes it a versatile monomaterial solution.
Innovative NormTec technology is used for the production of this foldable molded fiber protection system. It enables us to achieve particularly high rigidity and stability in heavy duty use.
