The task

The challenge was to safely protect components of different weights during shipping. The product weight is 12 kg in this case. The objective was to replace the existing EPS packaging with an efficient monomaterial solution that passed the 0.8 m drop test.

Our solution

Our three-part packaging set is the perfect answer to these requirements. Through targeted optimisation we were able to further improve the level of transport protection versus the previous solution. Our high-quality molded fiber packaging ensures that the cleaning unit is safely and reliably protected for transport.
